While I am not out anymore money, I still am dissatisfied with the way the company handled their business. However, I guess this closes oust my complaint. [redacted]
September 29, To whom it may concern: ID [redacted] On Aug 2, [redacted] called our office for service, sent a technician out to look at his refrigerator, the unit needed a board my technician Bryan sold him a board, customer only bought the board from us, refused to have us install it(on the receipt that [redacted] signed said bought board only) he then called us back to say it wasn’t working, we explained to him that he only paid for the part, but as courtesy we sent out another technician to look at the unit, we replaced the board again, this has been going on for weeks and every time he called we went back out there every timeHe called a few days ago wanting a refund, and told us another company came out to repair unit, we requested the copy of his receipt to verify work was completed and unit was working properly, he then refused to send us over a copy, the last technician that was at this property from our company said unit was working fine.Fix My Appliance Now Chantel F Office Manager
