Dear Revdex.com,In regards to complaint # ***, Miss *** left out a lot of information in her Complaintdo believe that we are being represented in an incorrect wayShe had agreed to the repairs and We did replace fan among other things agreed to beforehand as wellHer
purchase receipt included: An 180W *** laptop charger, *** cooling fan, *** keyboard with Backlight and our labor chargeWe do have documents such as receipts and shipping confirmations on all parts that were used in this repairWe had done the hardware repairs she had wanted and the laptop was operational when it was picked up.She was told that for it to be at optimal performance it would have to have the operating System and software reloadedWe told her that Windows had to be reloaded due to how bad the operating System was damagedThe backlight on the keyboard did not work when it was brought in because the Software was missingAfter being told this, she said she would baher files and bring it backShe never brought it back and we do have a guarantee on our servicesWe would have gladly worked with her to resolve the issue but she did not returnShe had said that she had it taken in to *** *** as wellThe repairs that they had stated would not have been possible since the laptop would not have turned on if those were the issues it had presentedWe had attempted to contact her after the fact and let her know that we would repair any problems and would make sure she had what she neededAt this point we have not received another phone call and she has not attempted to resolve the issue any further with our businessOur Proposition: We would like to still repair any issues that she may have encountered after our ServiceWe do stand by our work and would like to resolve this with Miss ***

I am rejecting this response because: Most of what he said is false. I will not pay him any more money to fix my computer. As far as windows being put back in again and the computer restored, it was done afterwards and the computer failed. I am junking it because of Fix my Computer. Why am I going to lie? What am I getting out of this, nothing. I do not recommend this business to anyone and his falseness will be justified
