We are very sad to hear about this customers complaintVery rarely do we have issues and we service hundreds of customers per month This customer signed our usual service agreement when they dropped off there item which states the service fee is non refundableThe *** *** was fixed and
they declined the repair charge which was around $Even though both problems on the unit had were fixedTechnically they would still owe the company for the repairs, However we did not charge them Demanding the Service fee and throwing a phone at our technician is not acceptable We feel we have done what we needed to by not charging themThere is nothing further we can offer at this timeemployees verified and witnessed unacceptable behavior from an associate of the customerWe declined to have them prosecutedSincerely, Sharon D., CEO

Revdex.com spoke to Vince at business and the following was relayed: There is no balance due, we have waived the charges and will not be attempting to collect them
