In the years I have been in business I never had this kind of experience- I worked with other web designers for years and referred them tons of business- My designer became a mom and she is no longer designing sites- the current designer is wonderful and almost done with my site- hHe is professional and knows what he is doingI will gladly get a statement proving that I only got templates and not a designed a site- they only moved my current website to a template and not a designed site as per their contract,The URL they sent you I had no access to and please note that since October when I signed the contract, I only got my current site transferred into templates with my logo and not a designed site based on the numerous back and forth with them.The first one did not reflect what *** sent and what we discussed- I asked to cancel my contract with them after the first round since it was obvious it did not reflect what he and I discussed and I even told him to keep the initial payment as I did not want to work with them anymore. He started threating me with lawyers and was belligerent- It was very uncomfortable, I thought that as a client I am allowed to say what is not right and what did not reflect why I hired them forI have all texts from him to show the initial discord ( I can also send you those)He then asked to take few days off and decideWhen we talk again after thanksgiving, he said that it obviously did not work with the other designer and that he will personally design it and we discussed going back to the initial conversation about designsHe asked me to pay him another paymentI trusted that he was sincere and did not want to have any more hard issues with themHe kept on going back and forth and working with only a template and nothing was designed- I sent them an email to have all in writing about what we discussed so there is no more confusion about what we discussed and what we agreed on. Then I got another email from them telling me that it will be another week till I see a designed site and not only a template - I asked for a specific date to see the design and they could not give me a specific date and kept on saying that they were busy and they will get back to meI kept asking for a specific time and date as I had a lot of work and needed to schedule a time to work on the site- I also been waiting for months to get this website and it was harming my business as I have been waiting to get a new site for months to advertise and get more work.After over months of going back and forth and still no designed website- I did not have access to see what he was doing and designing at the timeMost companies have an access when a designed is being developed so you can make notesI felt that I paid and honored my part of the contract, I don't think that they didI paid and tried to work with them in good faith but it was the most stressful and I never worked with anyone like this.I then asked for a refund because I did not think that it was right and was harming my business- I opened a case *** and my credit card company to get my money back- *** still sent me threating email that he will take legal actionIt is absolutely insaneThis did not need to get to this if they were honest and professional.I was traveling for a job and could not respond to my credit card calls so they never pursued it and FIXgot their money back as per the statement. Please note that they are still lying and they got their monies back and there is nothing I can do anymore to get reimbursed at least some of the money back.I was really upset and as a consumer who had a very negative experience, I have the right to review and talk about my experienceI decided not to write a review and go through Revdex.com in hopes of resolving this issue. I am rejecting this response because: Working with Fix Media has been a loss of money, time and very unfortunate- They never delivered a product or fulfilled their contract. I worked with them on trust and as per the emails and proofs, I sent. I worked with this company for 4 months and paid them and I was very honest with dealings with them- unfortunately, they are not. My experience with them was terrible.The merchant is dishonest, and he promised things and never deliver and stole my money. I paid Over $1400 for nothing, they transferred my site to a generic template and did not reflect anything promised or discussed or their contract and they wasted my time and money. I have never had this experience with anyone before. They even are refusing to refund the money for work that was not done. I have already a new site from another designer who is truly honest, sincere and delivered a beautifully designed website in 3 weeks, without any hassles, false promises, dishonesty or theft. That is what I am used to . Working with honest people.

spoke to [redacted] the owner of the company and he said hewould personally deign the site and said that he could design a verynice site- Next thing they sent me a site that did not reflect what we discussed for designs. it was messy- I pointed out to them and asked them for a refund as it did not reflect what we discussed as inexhibit email- I asked that we terminate our relationship kindly since we had a friend in common,he became belligerent and a horrible person to talk with. Threaten tonever refund my money and get his lawyer. We agreed to talk again- I had already paidthem $719 and did not want o lose all this money. After speaking withhim again he said that he would personally design it himself and wehad a conversation and I was hoping he will be sincere. After we spokehe said that if I pay them the second payment he would personallydesign it. Nothing was designed and he sent me another template with my blog information- I got the same story all over againof them saying one thing and delivering another- I finally had it inwriting to them as exhibit A our conversation to only get more excusesto why they cannot deliver what he promised.2-    It took 3 months of them sending me meager designs that wereincomplete and does not reflect contract- ask me to upload imagesnumerous times to dropbox to only tell me to upload them elsewhere because they do not have space.This company is baited and switch on me for 3 months of working withthem- I tried everything to get my money back. It harmed my businessnot having a site designed, wasting my time and the frustration.3-    They sent me emails telling the site will be ready in a week and they will send dates and never did- kept dodging sending me a specific date to look at the site. The owner is a belligerent person to work with- I have numerous textsfrom him to show how difficult it was to work with him.cannot believe that a friend would recommend them. To the Revdex.com,This correspondence is in response to complaint [redacted].In the nearly 10 years that Fix8 Media has been in operation, we have never encountered a situation such as this. We have attempted to make a good faith effort in the past few months with this client. She has in fact gotten all of her money back at this point. The facts are quite clear in the documentation we provide with this message, as well as in the legal decisions made by both [redacted] and our client’s credit card company that our firm met all the parameters of our legal and binding contract.The facts of this situation are as follows:We sell services, not a product. Our services were provided to the client, and we have months of written communications to prove this.Initially, this client disputed one of two payments made to us via [redacted], and upon our submission of evidence and testimony, [redacted] ruled in our favor (please see attached document).Following the decision against this client by [redacted] under their terms and conditions, the client filed a formal chargeback wth the credit card used for that [redacted] payment—monies were withdrawn from our business account for services rendered and have never been returned.The client then proceeded to contact a different credit card provider of hers and filed a chargeback against the second payment, which was then also immediately withdrawn from our business account. At present, none of these monies have been returned to our company.In the last week, our company received a call from this client’s [redacted] credit card investigating her claim further, and after reviewing 60+ pages of evidence submitted by Fix8 Media and interviewing me, the business owner, we were informed that again, more than sufficient proof and demonstration of services provided was clear, and indicated the ruling has been reversed and that singular payment should be returned to us. Regarding the client’s claim: “I have paid over $1,400 for absolutely nothing and no site in site. They cannot even show that they designed a site because it was all talk. If I had access to the site — I can prove that the site was not at all designed and get another professional to test that.”To completely discredit this statement, we are including the following link: [redacted] (password is [redacted]). You will see 1 of 3 different templates/styles that we worked on. We firmly believe that this client is vindictive in nature, as regardless of our many, many attempts and extensive communication, we tried very hard to mitigate a situation such as this, but to no avail.At each turn in what is an incredibly unfortunate situation, this client continues to attack our business. On March 31, this client left a defamatory review on our public [redacted] profile, which was promptly modified to remove my name, specifically, as well as language specifically calling me a “DISHONEST LIAR.”This review has been removed, but you will see a screenshot of the email I received notifying me it was placed.We have engaged our legal counsel who will be handing this situation moving forward with our client, as well as any website or service that posts this client’s misinformation and defamation of character.We have been in business for 10 years and have many, many happy clients.
