Review: I brought a working laptop that needed a new charging port installed. The owner initially informed me that his first attempt to fix the port failed, then after he tried again, the motherboard was fried. When I told him that he needed to fix his mistake at his cost, he accused me of lying about the status of the computer when I brought it in to try to cheat him into having him fix the motherboard for free. When I refused, and he ultimately returned the now dead computer, it appeared that the charging port was not well repaired (still required some jiggling, although less than when I brought it in) and the power on button appears to have been improperly replaced. All of my attempts to resolve this have been met with accusations that I was trying to cheat him, and no acknowledgement that he destroyed a perfectly good laptop.Desired Settlement: He should fix the laptop to working condition at his own expense, and quickly, or alternatively reimburse me for the cost of having it repaired elsewhere.
