We are sorry the customer feels that way There are several options to get in contact with usOne of them is a message option on all our web pagesSecond is to respond to emails from the websiteIf the product was delivered one day late by the post office, we need to address that within days to get a refundNot days As it is the product got there a couple of days late from the day they expected it , but they had time to reorder from another companyWe regards to the product being returned we have no record of it

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have [redacted] proof of return shipment and receipt of package on their end I tried to contact them by every means they suggest in their response - to no avail I tried every one of these contact options several times Not once did I get an email or phone call back!!! That is why I was reluctant to spend more money to send it back I can also prove that I ordered the same part from [redacted] after receiving their defective part Let me know if you need me to provide you with my proof of shipment and proof of receiptAt this point it isn't about the money It is about their business practices I believe this company should be investigated for fraudulent business practices Thank you Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called and emailed immediately, when I realized the part was DEFECTIVE I called several more times I then resorted to ordering a part from [redacted] , who by the way, handled the order in a timely manner, charged less for the expedited shipping and got it to me quicker The part from [redacted] did work Then I began AGAIN to try to reach this company by phone and email Of the or so total times I called, I never once got an answered phone or return call Of the numerous emails I sent, I never once got a response The only email I ever received was a shipping confirmation, so I even tried reply to that email with again no reply I was reluctant to spend the money to return the DEFECTIVE part until I had heard back from the company It felt like throwing good money after bad But as a LAST RESORT I mailed it back with a note saying that I had been trying to contact them to no avail, etc I then gave them time of refund the part, which of course they didn't That is when as a last resort I contacted Revdex.com.From reading other customer complaints, I see that this company has a history of doing exactly what they did to me And how many customers had this happen and then let it drop because of the hassle? This is the first time I have ever contacted the Revdex.com with a complaint, but there comes a point when you feel cheated!!! I want a refund for the part!!! It was defective!!! The order was placed on a FridayOrders may take up to hours to be processed,Weekends do not count as business hoursOrder shipped Tuesday morning, and delivered on the 12th. You could have claimed a refund on the shipping but its past the days. The post office was one
day late. All of our websites have an option to leave a messageThere is also an email you can respond to when the orders are palced and tracking and confirmation is sent

We are sorry the customer feels that way.  There are several options to get in contact with us. One of them is a message option on all our web pages. Second is to respond to emails from the website. If the product was delivered one day late by the post office, we need to address that within 30 days to get a refund. Not 90 days.  As it is the product got there a couple of days late from the day they expected it , but they had time to reorder from another company. We regards to the product being returned we have no record of it.

Review: I ordered 8 toaster elements for a Toastmaster from Fixit Shop and received them in approx one week. upon installation one of the elements 'popped' and upon removal I found that this one element was missing an insulator strip that the others had. I took a digital comparison photo of the defective part along side a properly constructed part from the same order and e-mailed the company for resolution. I have re-sent the e-mail two more times and have called and left messages no less than 5 times! No one ever answers the phone!! Ever! This is a tremendous effort to spend on an $18.37 part but I need it to make the toaster complete. The order number is #19455, Ref. #31922 and my customer ID 25208.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement part and a return pre-paid envelope if they want the defective part back.
