To the Revdex.com,This correspondence is in response to complaint [redacted] .In the nearly years that FixMedia has been in operation, we have never encountered a situation such as thisWe have attempted to make a good faith effort in the past few months with this clientShe has in fact gotten all of her money back at this pointThe facts are quite clear in the documentation we provide with this message, as well as in the legal decisions made by both [redacted] and our client’s credit card company that our firm met all the parameters of our legal and binding contract.The facts of this situation are as follows:We sell services, not a productOur services were provided to the client, and we have months of written communications to prove this.Initially, this client disputed one of two payments made to us via [redacted] , and upon our submission of evidence and testimony, [redacted] ruled in our favor (please see attached document).Following the decision against this client by [redacted] under their terms and conditions, the client filed a formal chargeback wth the credit card used for that [redacted] payment—monies were withdrawn from our business account for services rendered and have never been returned.The client then proceeded to contact a different credit card provider of hers and filed a chargeback against the second payment, which was then also immediately withdrawn from our business accountAt present, none of these monies have been returned to our company.In the last week, our company received a call from this client’s [redacted] credit card investigating her claim further, and after reviewing 60+ pages of evidence submitted by FixMedia and interviewing me, the business owner, we were informed that again, more than sufficient proof and demonstration of services provided was clear, and indicated the ruling has been reversed and that singular payment should be returned to usRegarding the client’s claim: “I have paid over $1,for absolutely nothing and no site in siteThey cannot even show that they designed a site because it was all talkIf I had access to the site — I can prove that the site was not at all designed and get another professional to test that.”To completely discredit this statement, we are including the following link: [redacted] (password is ***)You will see of different templates/styles that we worked onWe firmly believe that this client is vindictive in nature, as regardless of our many, many attempts and extensive communication, we tried very hard to mitigate a situation such as this, but to no avail.At each turn in what is an incredibly unfortunate situation, this client continues to attack our businessOn March 31, this client left a defamatory review on our public [redacted] profile, which was promptly modified to remove my name, specifically, as well as language specifically calling me a “DISHONEST LIAR.”This review has been removed, but you will see a screenshot of the email I received notifying me it was placed.We have engaged our legal counsel who will be handing this situation moving forward with our client, as well as any website or service that posts this client’s misinformation and defamation of character.We have been in business for years and have many, many happy clientsWe strive to provide superior service and have built a reputation for our dedication to our clientsWe find this situation very unfortunate and disappointingWe have built our company on character and trust, and cannot have our reputation compromised by someone who is dishonestEvidence provided:• Signed contract• Screen shot of [redacted] ’s ruling in our favor• Screen shot of defamatory [redacted] review by client• Our dispute letter to [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Working with Fix Media has been a loss of money, time and very unfortunate- They never delivered a product or fulfilled their contractI worked with them on trust and as per the emails and proofs, I sentI worked with this company for months and paid them and I was very honest with dealings with them- unfortunately, they are notMy experience with them was terrible.The merchant is dishonest, and he promised things and never deliver and stole my moneyI paid Over $for nothing, they transferred my site to a generic template and did not reflect anything promised or discussed or their contract and they wasted my time and moneyI have never had this experience with anyone beforeThey even are refusing to refund the money for work that was not doneI have already a new site from another designer who is truly honest, sincere and delivered a beautifully designed website in weeks, without any hassles, promises, dishonesty or theftThat is what I am used to Working with honest people
