First our company has been around since it was founded in 2001. We have been repairing iPhone devices since its inception in June 29, 2007. to all privately owned phone repair shops around the country. We use the best of what we can get because we know that quality is better then quantity. In the above reference to customer complaint I can assure that the replacement battery is not the culprit in the iPhone discharging problem. The issue is known to occur from the logic board/main circuit board corruption which can occur from overheat, drop and liquid exposure. Ben the sales personal who gave the customer consultation after customer returned after 6 month of the original battery replacement service repair, specified that based on the phones symptoms and Ben's physical observation/inspection, the issue was not the battery, along with explanation and reminder that there is a 60 day warranty with all repairs done to mobile device through our company that is printed on the receipt and part of the companies polices and procedures which are clearly printed on the original receipt, at which this would not be warrantied due to 6 months overlap from the original repair date. Customer demanded a replacement battery and showed signs of distress. Due to our companies favor to help first above monitory gain, with management approval  and guidance Ben provided a replacement battery at no cost with a disclaimer that the battery will not fix the issue at hand and there is no additional warranty given with this replacement because solution would not be met.

At this time I challenge the customer to provide proof of the original repair and grounds for refund based on above statement and written disclaimers that was provided by the company at time of original repair that was printed on the receipt given.

Thank you!

Upon getting my "new battery" from Comprite, the first few days it would not even hold a full charge past a couple of hours. I was in contact with him about this. Then suddenly it "kicked in" and would  take a full charge and maintain it through most of the day. This is normal?

Alex "assures" you that it is not his battery that is at fault but my phone!! And I would love to know how he came to this brilliant conclusion since he has never worked on my phone other than to put the new battery in the second time. This is purely speculation on his part to deflect the blame towards me. I never had a bit of problem with my phone until getting one of his cheap batteries manufactured in China. Twice in a seven month period two of these batteries have failed. Somehow I tend to trust a reliable manufacturer such as Apple over this shop that buys boxes full of shoddy repair parts out of China with their serial number scratched/ rubbed off of them ( which he brought out for me to choose from because I mentioned to him that the battery he brought out to put in my phone looked used). How can he prove to me that these batteries are manufactured by an approved Apple manufacturer? Should I take this battery to an Apple Store and show them and ask them?

I would like him to "show burden of proof" that it is indeed my phone that is faulty. I have an idea: Have him refund my $90.00 and I will go buy an approved Apple phone battery from an Apple Store and see if it will hold a charge. If not, then I will accept that it is indeed my phone at fault instead of his crappy battery and refund the $90.00 back to him. Why do I have to be the only one to show proof that my phone is or isn't working? But he doesn't have to prove that the battery he sold me isn't faulty?

I had no problem with working with this company when John was the person helping me. He was very cordial and courteous. Since John is no longer there and I have had to deal with Alex, I have had nothing but problems.

Yes, I'd like to pursue this case further. Or, as I mentioned above, refund my money to let me purchase an approved iPhone replacement battery or at the very least, I'd be happy to settle on getting half of my $90.00 investment returned . Both parties would only be out $45.00. Seems fair to make a gesture towards "attempting" to make a customer happy.

I might add that a negative review can do far more harm to damage a businesses reputation than any positive review.
