Ordered a replacement board for my TV. The board was wrong series so I ask for a refund. I mailed back board, no refund.order #XXXXXX placed on 17 Nov [redacted] $89 for replacement board for [redacted] 70" LCD tv. Board was for a 60" tv and wouldn't work. Called and ask for a refund and was told to mail board back to them. After a month or so I called and ask what the problem was. Fixtronics had moved but USPS assured me that the board had been delivered. I was told that I would get an 80% credit on my credit card. There was no credit on this months bill. I was also told by Fixtronics the last time I talked to them that they would refund my money. I ordered a specific power supply to this company for my defective TV for $75 plus shipping of $18, as usual the part was shipped at additional costs, I replaced the power supply and found out that it is not working, I contacted this company and told them the issue on hand, they said return the product, I immediately return the item on an expedited shipping, hoping for a replacement or refund, and cost me another 15$,to shipped it back to them, when they received the power supply which I originally ordered from them they said that it is not the same power supply they shipped, surprisingly they said they have their own identifier on each and every part they sell, having another power supply on hand from my original tv, I have left with only one, (originally from my TV) I took a picture and told them that it is impossible for me to make a mistake of sending out another power supply by mistake, because I only have two, one from my original power supply, and another one from them ( which I sent out already), they refuse to refund my money and accused me of fooling around, and they still have the power supply which I originally bought, so I left out losing 75$ plus spending 18$ on the first shipping and another $15 for the return item I shipped out to them. this company does not understand the value of customer service and manage customer issues appropriately. there was not a hint of professionalism and does not ethically follow rules of buying and merchandizing principles online, that customer has the right to return itemProduct_Or_Service: Power SupplyOrder_Number: 1272Account_Number: JVC LT-47x579 POWERDesired Settlementa full refund for all my expenses, the cost of my item and the two separate shipping costs I paid
