Fizz'z Bike Shop

Review: Brought in my bike for a tune up, after several rides bike started to make a clicking noise, on one trip the rear derailed drove into the spokes of the bike causing the rear wheel to stop causing me to fall off the bike. Spokes were bent and the derailer attachment casting broke. Brought the bike into another shop where they said the rear derailer end stop screw was either not adjusted properly or not at all. Went to Fizz's explained what happen and said I would like a refund for the tune up and the cost to repair my bike. I asked for the mechanic to call me who worked on my bike, after 1 week still have not received any phone call.Desired Settlement: refund for the tune up 20 dollars and compensated for the cost of the repair of 153 dollars for a total of $173.00 dollars.
