Review: I have contacted [email protected] on 5 occasions (beginning August 29, 2013, 9/12/13, 9/22/13, 10/29/13 and 11/07/13) and left 4 voice mail messages regarding the exchange of a product. On one occasion I actually spoke to a service representative (10/17/13) who assured me my return/exchange would be "no problem", yet I was never contacted by them (as promised) to complete this exchange. As per their website instructions, I requested a RMA for order number [redacted], but still have not received a response. I have been satisfied with their products for many years, but am extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service once the sale has been made.Desired Settlement: I only ask that they honor their return/exchange policy, as described on their website and as was verbally assured to me.

Review: Order number [redacted]. I ordered a printer ribbon on November 16th and paid extra for priority shipping. As of this date I have not received my order and my credit card has not been refunded. I have called, emailed, and sent letters to this company inquiring about the status of my order. I have not received any response from them.Desired Settlement: Deliver my order in a timely manner or refund my money.

Review: On 11/05/2013 I ordered 4 Amano 6907 time clock ribbons. The item showed it was in stock and as of today still shows it is in stock. Two weeks later I tracked the package and it shows it never left California. I sent an email on 11/19/2013 asking for the status of my product. I never received a response. On 11/20/2013 I called the phone number posted on their website (###-###-####). I specifically waited to call later in the day because of the time zone difference. Someone answered the phone and asked if I was the same person that sent the email. I said "yes." The man said he would have to contact the shipper (USPS) and find out what happened. He then said he would take care of it even if he had to ship out another package. I said please keep me updated. I never received a follow-up email or phone call regarding the status of my order. When I received the November credit card statement there was a charge for $51.80 going to FJA Products though I still did not have any product. On 12/6/2013 I sent another email asking for my order. I also called their 1-800 number again and as before I waited until later in the day based on the time zone difference. I have yet to receive an email response and this time the phone went unanswered. I have no confidence in FJA Products and have ordered the items from another supplier. As of today I want the charge of $51.80 credited to the credit card used and if that is beyond FJA's ability, I want a check sent for the full amount.

Thank you very much for your patience. A claim was filed with the US Postal service regarding your package w/ tracking id [redacted]. As you now the postal service does take time to get a refund on a claim of a lost package. A full refund has been issued to the charge card and a refund receipt has also been emailed to this customer.

Review: Purchased inks under order no. 142230 April 1, 2015. They received payment.As of May 7, have not received items. They did not return my phone call. They have not responded to my email. Have not been able to make contact with them concerning this matter. Would like to know what is going on. Have they gone out of business?Desired Settlement: Would like to know if they are going to send me my order. If not I would like my money back.

FJA products said they would be back running on may 11 after a fire at the radio shack next door.

I will wait two weeks and if there is no update on the order or non delivery of the order I will get back to Revdex.com
