[redacted] made several attempts to deliver and confirmed delivery on November 16th with signature.Customer only contacted us two weeks later on December 1st to say that she did not receive the jacket.We offered to send a replacement coat that same day but customer would not accept as she said she had already purchased one at a retail store and she wanted a refund[redacted] and her credit card company sided with us and denied her claim stating that they believed she received the shipment.Although we strongly feel that the Parka was received by the customer, we have decided to refund the customer in full in order to close this case.The refund will be made via [redacted] .Best regards, [redacted]

After researching this order, we unfortunately are unable to locate any record of correspondence with Mr***However, the fact remains that the boots were NOT included in his order, as we had a fulfillment errorI have refunded Mr.***'s credit card, and have contacted him to inform
him of suchWe regret this error, and have corrected it as best we canAttached please find the confirmation of his order and refund

We are at a loss as to what more we can do.  We have already sent the refund via [redacted].  Please see below customer's response from December 1st.  As you can see from her response below, "Please don’t send me a new jacket as I purchased one today from a physical store"
