Review: The job was never done, they never showed up on date prommised or after calling. I told sales manager I would pay them cash in full,but he had me sign a loan agrement ?,with [redacted].Ph# [redacted].Why would a loan company give my money to a contractor without checking with me to see if the work was even started or finished or if I was even satisfied ? Review: I bought a window from FJB in Syracuse, NY and was supposed to have a warranty on broken glass. Also the window was supposed to have 3 panes of glass and I just realized it only has 2 panes. The window has never been right from day 1 with drafts and water leaks and very poor workmanship on installation. Anyway they have closed in Syracuse and I cannot find a good working phone number for them any where. I have checked phone numbers for them on the internet but to no avail. I have found nothing but many, many complaints about them. Do you have any info on them? Review: No response from the comapany and not having contact numbers for customer service. Information was never presented correctly from the start.Very upset

Purchased replacement windows in 9/2005. In financing us they 2nd mortgaged our home, this was never spoken of at the time. Now we are having issues and would like to have them fixed. The windows have ot worked te greatest since they were installed. We have a lifetime warranty on the windows and no one from the company will return phone calls and the majority of the numbers provides are no longer in service. Desired Settlement: Just to have the small issue repaired would be ok. A partial refund on the purchase would be great for the extra money we have had to spend to prevent other issues. The issue has caused us to have to spend more money since there are now ants and bugs getting into the home through the broken piece. I am not looking to get the full amount refunded just the extra money that the "new" windows have cost us over the years, and the hassle and grief that it has caused.

The manufacture will stand by their warrenty for the windows purchased. FJB installed windows according to contract and verified with consumer.
