I am rejecting this response because: I would like to reopen case #*** the reason the wall must come down is that it is unsound according to the makers*** the people that sell the block came to my home to see it was void of the materials needed to make it structurally sound and according to my township anything over inches needs permits as well as an engineer none of witch were obtainedaccording to *** I was able to obtain a rough estimate of the cost of the materials brought to my houseblock, dirt, gravel, etcit has been almost a year that the work was started and still not been completedthere is dirt and debris in my driveway as well as gravel and in the yardas I stated in my original complaint I want back of the original 10,he obtained from me. thanking you in advance for help in this matter *** ***
