Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: Purchased a laptop from the a few days later I performed a [redacted] windows7 update the website informed me that I was using a pirated version of windows 7. I was no longer able to use the computer until I purchased the proper license product key.. I reached out to Fort Knox to let them know my problem and they told me I was on my own and was not willing to help.I asked if they would pay for if I can return the laptop. [redacted] provides a very simple website to detect pirated versions. I do not know why they would sell me a computer with a fake software. Maybe they are intentionally using illegal softwareDesired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the upgrade I had to purchase in order for the computer to work. Fort Knox does not take returns.

Sincerely,

Review: In June 2014, I picked up a diamond engagement ring from Fort Know that I pawned at the end of March 2014 for $500.00. As soon as the man [redacted] went to give me back my ring I stated loud and clear " That is NOT my ring, or definetely not my diamond in that ring" That is how big of a change I could tell it was. The diamond they had put in my setting was yellowish, and after I had it in my hand I made a big deal over it. I asked him "What did you do with my stone?" I showed him where I could see the pronges were damaged, and he knew I was right, he called [redacted] the [redacted] right away and told him. [redacted] told him to give me my money back and [redacted] said "NO" to [redacted] that the computer wouldnt let him. There was another employee there as well witnessing all this [redacted], she was making comments about "How funny this was, that this had just happend on tv." I told them both that I would take the diamond to my jewler where I have pictures of it and be back to speak to them and they said that would be ok then. I went to my jeweler and right away he stated they dont even sell junk like this stone, he could see where my prongs were all moved and scratched and asked, why was my ring cleaned. I called [redacted] right away, he told me not to cry & to meet him Sunday at the shop, which I did but he never showed up. There his nephew told me very nasty to "get OUT of his store or he was calling cops and to have a lawyer call his lawyer but refused to give me his lawyers name. I called police, who told me I need my jeweler to give me a new appraisal. When I went back both [redacted]s were there and [redacted] said this was most absolutely NOT the diamond I purchased from him, which I knew, but he could NOT give me a new appraisal bc the business is very tight and he didnt want to have an issue with [redacted]. I argued with him for a bit, then left extremely upset. Police trying to look into this. Now Fort Know clains to not even know who I am. My diamond was $5000.00 now worth nothing, I want MY DIAMOND RETURNED ASAPDesired Settlement: I want my diamond returned to me. It is my wedding ring, my engagement ring. They took something extremely valuable and sentimental to me, and they can not just get away with this. How many others did they do this to. The man [redacted] told The Consumer Protection people that even doesnt even know anything about me, when he was the man serving me the entire time I was in there, bringing in the ring and picking up the ring. Where is the video from the day I was there picking it up when I refused it?
