8/22/17On Friday February 2017, received a [redacted] message from a customer looking to have her 2nd floor toilet repairedShe stated that she could not get any responses from the plumbing companies she had contactedI promptly responded I informed customer that if she waited until Monday February 6, that it would cost less because weekends are charged at time and a halfCustomer requested next day appointment.On Saturday February 4th, I arrived at 9am and customer showed me to the 2nd floor powder room toiletI repaired the toiletAt that time, customer informed me her tub was also leaking"A plumber from New York repaired it and it was still leaking." She tried to contact him and could not get a responseproceeded to diagnose the leak and told customer what was needed to repairAt that time, customer stated that she would like to renovate the hall bath, master bath and kitchenAlso would like replace vanity in floor powder roomI asked customer if she knew what make and model fixtures she wantedShe said noI suggested she might want to look at local home supply for ideas.I explained that we would do one project at a time and until we knew what fixtures were being installed, I could not give her an exact priceWe would proceed at time and material until we could finalize a figure and a contractThe total would not be known till she knew what fixtures she wantedexplained at that time that an approximate figure would be $10–$thousand just for the hall bath room depending on what they pickedWe agreed on $7,deposit to start.Customer contacted me weeks later stating that she did not like the selection at the home supply and went with a designer to help them pick out and purchase the fixturesinformed her at that time that would need all the information on the fixtures to know what the cost of installation and materials needed to installThis information was never provided.On May 25th 2017, customer contacted me and stated fixtures would be on site May 27th arrived to find that customer purchased new tile and light fixturesexplained to customer that she would then also need a carpenter for the tile work and an electrician to replace light fixturesCustomer stated she didn't know any carpenters or electricians, and asked if I knew anyinformed her that I could not recommend anyone, but I would tryI gave her the phone if of a carpenter that said he was available.Customer hired carpenter which started on July 5th, and caused many delaysCustomer also had me replace kitchen sink drain and install a new vanity in floor powder room during the bath room renovationVanitys had to be returned because they were the wrong sizeLeak occurred because customer used tub before plumbing was completedHad to return to replace section of tub drain[redacted] plumbing has been completed and tested as of August 11th 2017, when customer returned from vacationThe total hours for all work completed by me was at $per hourThe material costs were $This comes to a total of $When customer was informed of the total she became very irate and demanded money back because she thought it would not be so much

Monday February 6, that it would cost less because weekends are charged at time and a half. Customer requested next day appointment.On Saturday February 4th, 2017. I arrived at 9am and customer showed me to the 2nd floor powder room toilet. I repaired the toilet. At that time, customer informed me her tub was also leaking. "A plumber from New York repaired it and it was still leaking." She tried to contact him and could not get a response. proceeded to diagnose the leak and told customer what was needed to repair. At that time, customer stated that she would like to renovate the hall bath, master bath and kitchen. Also would like replace vanity in 1 floor powder room. I asked customer if she knew what make and model fixtures she wanted. She said no. Leak occurred because customer used tub before plumbing was completed. Had to return to replace section of tub drain.[redacted] plumbing has been completed and tested as of August 11th 2017, when customer returned from vacation. The total hours for all work completed by me was 52 at $135 per hour. The material costs were $311.00. This comes to a total of $7331.00. When customer was informed of the total she became very irate and demanded money back because she thought it would not be so much.
