Anthony M inspected my home on June 17th 2019. He never provided the report as promised and also caused damage to my home that was never fixed.
Anthony M inspected my home on June 17th 2019. He never provided the home inspection report as promised and also caused damage to my home that was never fixed. I stopped payment on my check and he cashed the check at another bank. I am now being contacted by a collection agency to provided funds for this check when the payment on the check was stopped for non-receipt of services.
I would like him to pay the collection agency for the money he took when he did not provide this service. I would also like to see if licence for home inspection taken away. I do not feel like I owe the collection agency money for a service I never received and that I stopped payment on so he could not be given money for this.
I hired Anthony *** to do a full house inspection on my mother's property and to also perform an air analysis test on the property as well. He informed me that I and my mother would be getting an emailed report of both findings. I paid him for both tests, and have not received a report from him.

Found FL-Spect online for a needed home inspection;web site is https://199inspectnow.com/ Called on June 8 to posted number,352***; and spoke to Anthony.He stated he would come out to do home inspection on Sunday 6-9 at noon.Charge would be $100 cash on site after inspection was done.Anthony called my cell when in route.He did home inspection and I signed off and confirm contact info on his phone and gave him $100 cash.He stated report would be in my e mail as promised on Monday 6-10.I did not get report so I called and Anthony said they got overloaded and it would be there tomorrow.I never got report and after numerous calls and messages left,He doesn't reply or call back.Normal industry standards for the report completion is 24 hours.This has caused a delay in my FHA loan closing . I have Hired another company.The cost now because of this delay is now well more than $100 lost from prorated items on the loan for the extension and delay;in the thousands.This is a case of internet and cell phone fraud on a senior citizen.I also have found that Anthony R Miller also has a Kentucky zip code of 40205, so this may be a multiple state fraud scheme.It has been reported to the FL Dept Of Professional Regulation and the FBI internet fraud division.
