I had my car washed there and 50% of the dirt was left on the car. At first the manager told me it was because my car was dirty. When I pointed out it’s the same dirt/salt as on everyone else’s vehicle he stated it was because my car was black. I asked for a refund based on him saying it wouldn’t be possible to clean my dirty car and black car he refused. He stated they don’t do refunds. He runs a deceptive business. Upon further review of my receipt he added a .01 “donation “ to my total with my authorization. He advertised 24.99 and added on the .01 “donation” without my consent
