Terrible service!! We placed our deposit on a house for rent in Longwood over two weeks ago, with the promise that the the current tenant would be out and the house ready by March 6th, as the ad states. Well, it wasn't. Our family had to stay in a hotel for two weeks. The night before we were supposed to sign our lease, we did a walk-through of the house (there was a guy painting who let us in) and the house was filthy! Smelled like complete dog! We gave [redacted], the property manager, the benefit of the doubt and assumed he would have it cleaned. Well, he didn't. And told us that WE could have someone clean it. WHY would we want to move into a dirty house or pay out of pocket to have it cleaned????? Also, the ad stated that there was a screened back porch and included all major appliances. There was no screened back porch and the washer and dryer was gone. Upon calling [redacted], he informed us, in a very RUDE tone, that a washer and dryer are not major appliances - since WHEN?!? If I could rate this company with negative stars, I would! If you decide to do any business with this company, make sure your property manager is NOT [redacted]!
