This customer called us on 2-2-about a issue with her vehicle purchased on 1-30-even though she purchased it with no warranty We promptly came to her home, took the vehicle to a shop for repairs as a goodwill repair at no charge to the customer as the customer stated, on 2-3-customer picked her vehicle up, A few days later on 2-5-she called that the vehicle had a issue, but could not explain what was happening so I offered to pick it up in a hour while on my way home and tow it to have a mechanic look at the vehicle and she agreed The customer shortly after called back and refused to let me pick the vehicle up to have the mechanic look at it I asked her to bring the van in for me to look at and she agreed to bring it right down for me to drive it with her After road testing the van with customer we could not verify any issues She informed me that it only happened one time for a few seconds while leaving work, and she said she talked with a mechanic and he said it could just be a belt, so I offered to still take the vehicle that night and have it checked She declined and suggested that since it runs fine and has never left her stranded that she should drive it for a few more days to see if it happened again seeing how I had offered to help her with it, she mentioned that her bumper was coming loose and I told her to stop by anytime during business hours and we would securing it for her She thanked me for going out of my way to help herAnd would call me if it happened againalso I noticed it was on empty and she may have had moisture in the fuel tank and to put in quality gas as this could cause a symptom as she describedIn no way was anyone rude or inconsiderate to this customer Her family member was never involved or present when I helped herIf the customer is having the same issue as discussed earlier to contact us for a goodwill repair as she Agreed too.at this time we feel we have addressed the issue in question and we are waiting to hear from customer.flag motors 02-07-[redacted]

flag motors would like to take a look at the vehicle for the customer as a goodwill repair as stated and acceptable to the customer earlier, if the customer continues to drive as it is it could do other damage and we may not be able to help heron the road test customer stated it happened one time for a few seconds in a parking lot and she made no reference that following the posted speed limit would make a difference, if the customer incurred towing cost it is because she has refused our assistance several times, we are still willing to pick the vehicle up, so far the customer has driven the van about miles since purchase and has refused our help I have left a phone message and have not had a response from the customer, if we don't hear from the customer I will consider this issue closed and that she has had any repairs done on her own

And would call me  if it happened again. also I noticed it was on empty and she may have had moisture in the fuel tank and to put in quality gas as this could cause a symptom as she described. In no way was anyone rude or inconsiderate to this customer.  Her family member was never involved or present when I helped herIf the customer is having the same issue as discussed earlier to contact us for a goodwill repair as she Agreed too.at this time we feel  we have addressed the issue in question and we are waiting to hear from customer.flag motors 02-07-2015[redacted]

the van will not take off it is cutting out as you drive down the road, flag motors will not give me my money back nor another car it can not be driven at this point . when he test drove the van he did not go over 35 to see the real problem. the gas is full now and still will not run it is missing an cutting out as you take off and then as you keep going it cuts out an misses non stop. I am not satisfied with the van all I want is my money returned I have not even had the van long and can't drive it . I do not want another car from flag motors I also talked to the man that worked on the van he stated it does have a miss, and he put a crank sensor on it which did help the starting issue, however the missing and cutting out has not stopped I am losing money with work due to no van to work out off I am completely upset with this and he refuses to return my money so I can get a van that runs.  at this point I am going to have to take flag to court I have the paper work showing it was towed twice within 24 hours of the purchase. I really like the van it just won't run it is now broken down setting at my sisters now with no way to drive it I now have to have it towed again for the third time in a weeks time.  I feel I do not deserve this I work very hard for my money and this is not right flags statements were completely false I have the test drive on tape I took with him.
