I am not able to leave negative rating so they are lucky they are getting one star.


I will say this as nice as possible.

First, it was very disappointing to find out that I was fooled. I have to say Kate and Chad are the only reasons for my satisfaction.
When it was time for delivery of the trailer, the delivery inspection was very poor and as far as deception, I was told the exterior lights would work when plugged in. As being a "NEWBY" to owning a travel trailer, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt.
The dealership replaced the battery with a so called "NEW" battery, but came to find out it was just recharged.

I took trailer home on a Thursday after noon and all "SEEMED" well. When I was preparing for my first trip, (6 days later) I found several lights still not working, which included the brake and tail lights.
I am going to give a scenario, if I took their word and did not check everything before I left and I took their word, I would have been traveling down the highway, not knowing there was an issue. I feel this put me and my family in a VERY unsafe position.
So moving on,
When I returned to the dealership to have the issue fixed, it had been discovered the entire electrical system had a short.

I was told I would be able to talk to the owner at any time I was dissatisfied. I feel this needed to be brought to his attention.
I have left several messages for Steve Flagg, who is useless and seems to only care about the cash in his pocket.
Still Five days and several messages, he has avoided any attempts to call. This proves how much he actually cares for his customers.

I would not allow my sales staff to lie and deceive the customers.
I will never recommend this company and I will be blasting their lousy sales staff and ownership of how useless they truly are.

I will never recommend, nor will I ever give them anymore business. I will only state my experience and how lousy this company is. I will make sure I reach out to as many sources as possible to let them Know of my experience. I will be writing many reviews.


We bought a camper from Flagg RV and have had nothing but problems. The service is not just rude, they are incompetent. Brought a Fleetwood class A here last fall. Spent a significant amount of money. Tried to have some warranty work that needed attention but they couldn't fix it (They are the only Fleetwood dealer in New England).
This spring, had a window that broke. Took pictures, showed them the window that need to be replaced, they still ordered the wrong one.
Told them about a recall, showed them the paperwork, they still said there was no issue.
They should not be in business.
Filling complaints with, consumer protection, and everyone else I can think of. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. DO NOT GET SERVICE from them.


Traded our camper then the company tried to charge us more money so we returned the camper. When we got our original back it was damaged. We purchased a new camper and traded our pop-up. About a week after the purchase we paid in full for the camper(had title in hand) the company claimed they found water damage to our trade and demanded $3000 more dollars from us. We were not aware of the damage and told them we do not have any more money. We finally decided we would just give the camper back get our money back and our original camper we brought for the trade. When they returned everything we found that our original camper had been damaged. The bungees that hold the canvas down were cut from not properly putting the camper away correctly. Upon talking to the owner he basically told us it's not his problem because he believes we lied about the original water damage that we had no knowledge of and told us too bad even though his professionals never noticed it when they gave us the appraisal when we first brought it to them. Desired SettlementI am seeking a replacement of the damaged bungees that happened from the carelessness of his employees. Business Response The camper that was traded in to us was not in the condition that would have reflected the trade in value that was given. A re-evaluation amount could not be agreed upon so we returned the customer's unit to his house and picked up the new one. The bungee cords have been ordered for the customer as a good will gesture, however we have no knowledge of these cords being damaged here. The cords will be shipped to the customer when received. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)We were also suppose to receive a credit for our purchase for $5100.00 and we still have not received the credit on our account. We feel the company is purposely trying to withhold the bungees and our money because they neglected to find the water damage until after the sale had been finalized. They tried to get more money from us and when an agreement could not be reached after being called a liar for not noticing the damage that their professionals neglected to notice as well we decided we did not want to continue business with a dishonest company. We did not have any knowledge of the water damage when we went to the company to sell it. They did indeed damage the bungees because they were disrespectful to our camper and closed it up in neglect and cut the bungees. I find it very ironic that the owner would be so deceitful and not admit to the damage his company caused. I feel the owner is taking his time in "replacing" the cords and processing our refund in spite. He threatened to take us to court and basically we felt we were being bullied and he was trying to embezzle more money from us because his employees did not do their job properly. This is why we returned the camper because I did not want to give my money to a company that treats people so poorly and disrespectful. Final Business Response [redacted] RV Center is a family business. We have been in business since 1981 and are always fair and honest with our customers. We explained to the customer that his trade in could not be resold to another family due to the rotted roof. It would cause a safety issue. We tried to resolve the trade evaluation but the customer did not want to work with us. Only after the customer asked "what happens if I don't give you any more money" did the owner say he would have to go to small claims court. We indeed refunded his $5100.00 on May 2nd directly after we delivered his trade in back to him and picked up the new trailer. We have a Visa credit card refund on file. The new bungee cords are indeed on order and will be shipped to him when we receive them. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The owner threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay the additional $3000. When we explained we did not have the additional money he then lowered the "price" to $2000. After consulting an attorney and looking over our sale agreement we could have let him take us to court and by no means would he have won. We bought the camper in full and had the title in our hands. There was never any documents stating they could embezzle more money from us after the sale if they found additional damage. I also find it a little absurd that they claim the bungee damage was not their responsibility. If the damage was there before it left our hands they should have noticed it. I am appalled at there total lack of customer service and total disrespect of their customers. To call a customer who just spent thousands of dollars on an item is outrageous. I am amazed they have been in business for so long with an owner who is so dishonest and nasty. I am still in doubt that the bungees were ever ordered and do not believe it should take this long to receive them. I will never do business with this "company" and I will recommend my friends, family and fellow campers do the same.
