We have NOT had a very good experience with the purchase of our camper Highland Ridge Light 5th wheel The sales end of it was great I highly recommend Cheryl *** She was great and has a lot of knowledge for the sales I cannot say enough about her
Our experience beginning with the walk thru was much lessWe had more knowledge than the person doing the walk thruThat part is not a big deal We knew what we were getting into
Now the part which does not make us very happy or want to recommend or use your parts service is:
The amount of damage that was done (supposedly from the people who clean the RV's) was unacceptable Closing our camper readying it for pick up without saying a word to us prior to pick up, unacceptable We got our camper home and discovered the damage then A broken drawer (this has been replaced), that looks like someone step on it to reach something above, missing microwave plate and turntable (we did get these), damaged rear bathroom door knob, completely damaged rear bunkhouse door, frame and wall from someone closing the slide without shutting the door first We spent numerous hours there and yet not one word was said to us about the damage done
We have been waiting a month since the purchase to get the parts ordered and received so someone could come onsite to repair the damage UNACCEPTABLE Something needs to be done to rectify this We would like an answer on when the parts will be in and when the repairs will be done asap There seems to be a big lack of communication within your service department
Also, two weeks after purchasing we get a recall notice in regards to the weight One of the biggest selling points was the GVWR of lbs The notice we received has the GVWR at lbs This unit had everything we wanted and low weight It was a bonus for us The weight was incorrect on the brochure and on the label on the camper Big disappointment there as well I know that isn't Flagg RV's fault but still disappointing It will not be as easy towing as we originally thought Some sort of compensation would be appreciated for being misled
This has been the worst experience we have had purchasing anything And it is such a big investment to us

My husband and I have been searching for a pop up camperThis place is WORSE than a car dealership! Meaning, the sales guy Bill was uselessWe went down there on a Thursday, and we saw a pop upNo price so we asked, they had no record of itIt hadn't even been in the books yet and it was sitting there for days he told usWe really liked it, so we asked him to find out how much and give us a call the next dayNOTHINGI called and he tells me a priceWe go down there give $1,cash for a depositThen NOTHING from there! No phone call, I had to keep calling and asking them what was going onThe finance manager John finally called me back the following Thursday telling me we were approvedDIdn't set up a time nothing! I had to re call finally made a time to go down thereI NEVER got ANY phone call from these people, I had to CHASE them! I went there for the closing and spoke to him about my frustrations and he just sat there and gave me every excuse in the bookI told him I did not feel like a valuable customer nor would I EVER recommend this place to anyone to go and buy anything from them and I wanted to talk to a managerHe didn't get the managerAs I go to do the walk thru my husband went in to sign for the papers, he was apologizing to him but my husband and very disgusted with this placeThe walk thru was a joke! They only checked the lines and replaced battery and filled propaneThey didn't even clean the camper! What a joke! I said something to the gentlemen who did the walk thru he said that's how this place works I told him well the hell with them! I will never recommend this place to anyone!
This place might have a lot of inventory but RUN RUN away as fast as you can! I still haven't got thank you from anyone there!

I have had a bad experience with this dealer this week, and had an appalling discussion this morning with their service manager, Joe, who actually told me that he is doing me a favor by servicing my RV because I did not buy it from Flagg RVI was there for a water leak fix yesterday, and for a screen door repairAfter three hours, I was told that they need to order a new screen door, and that the water leak was fixed, the water checked, and I was good to goI got home, filled the water tank and turned on faucets, only to find I had a bigger leak coming from the water pump, which had a broken plastic connector, so was pumping water directly into the area under the cabinetThe service manager was unsympathetic, and told me he could not tell me what was wrong without looking at itWhen I explained that I live minutes away, so that dropping in for multiple service visits was not convenient, that is when Joe told me about the tremendous "favor" they were bestowing on meHorrible customer service, and I will not recommend purchasing an RV from Flagg RV and certainly I will not recommend having a vehicle serviced there

Have purchased 5 RV's from Flagg's rv never a problem with sales or service, and they always fixed my problem fast, Joe is a great service mgr and always there to help you. Have also dealt with Dave [redacted] in service great guy and very knowledgeable.
