Review: I placed an order and the sales team duplicated the order a day later and charged my account twice. Upon noticing a second charge for the same order on my account, I immediately contacted Flaghouse for them to remove the second charge. They refused. I was promised I would receive the order I placed by Monday. I received the complete order on Wednesday. I had an event and needed the games for Tuesday. I did not receive the order on Monday! They refused to take off the second charge because they had accidently shipped it after I contacted them! I was told, I would have to wait until all the items reached me and I refused the order and [redacted] contacted them. This prolonged the amount of time they held on to over a thousand dollars of my money! I have refused the second order and still have not been refunded!Desired Settlement: Give back the money you took from me immediately! A discount of the items that you promised would arrive and didn't.
