This letter is in response to Revdex.com complaint ID #*** submitted on 1/6/2017.Ms*** alleges that our company billed for erroneous services such as storage, cancellation, piano fees, and inflated hoursThis is a completely claimFirst of all, I spoke to Ms*** several times between
September 12, through September 25th, ALL of our calls are recordedI have attached the call log (See page 3)I can have all the recordings available to Revdex.com and/or Ms*** at any timeMs*** misled our company in giving us a very depiction of her inventoryI then quoted her based on the inventory she told us that she hadThe inventory she itemized for me over the phone is listed on the quote (see page 6)Furthermore, that inventory was viewed by Ms*** at least twice (see page 9)If for some reason, if I had gotten the inventory wrong, she could have corrected the inventory at that time thus giving us the opportunity to update the quoteThat being said, two movers were sent to do a job that was much larger than our company was expecting*** was unable to accept her inventory the night of September 23rd because she said it was too lateAt that time, I explained to her that there would be an overnight storage charge for $and that the movers would be there in the morning to unloadThe movers arrived at her new home on September 24th at 9am to unloadThere was no answerAfter several calls from the movers, they contacted me and ask that I try calling herI called her cell phone at 9:16am from the recorded line and Ms*** stated that she had to go back to *** to return another truck and would not be available to receive her inventory until the next day*** states in her complaint: “Billing me a cancellation fee and storage fee that I never cancelled any of their services, in fact, they never showed up to deliver my goods when they were supposed to”The reality is that we have recorded calls stating exactly the oppositeNormally she would have been charged the regular hourly rate at the hour minimum for my movers to make the trip for unloadAs a courtesy I only charged the $cancellation feeThat fee would have been avoided altogether, had Ms*** simply picked up the phone and told us she would not be available for deliveryOvernight storage is a non-negotiable feeIf I have a customer’s inventory on a truck, I am unable to use that truck and therefore, $is a MINIMAL charge consideringPlease see page 10-for a breakdown of the chargesMs*** stated that there was a baby grand piano to be moved when I spoke to her on 9/20/@9:27amHowever, she stated that the piano was on the 1st floorI understand that Ms*** was trying to get the cheapest quote, however, if we had known the piano was on the second floor, I would have had to send 3-men which would have an increased hourly rateWhen my movers called to tell me the piano was on the second floor, I called a moving company in *** and payed for additional movers to meet my guys at the residence to help move that piano downstairsMy movers had to take the business debit card and withdraw cash to pay for that service- a service that would have never been needed, had the customer been honest and upfront about her situationThe fee was NOT inflated as our company was charged MORE than the $we charged the customer. Flagler Movers only charged for the services rendered Thank you,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because- see attached letter. I had documented the entire communications I've had with *** ***/FLager Moving Co and the events that had transpired throughout my move since the very first incident that occurred the day the movers arrived late and then told me that they were told my things were going to their warehouse and not being delivered that same day. I was very upset and let *** know that he had to resolve this before moving forward. I am offended that *** *** representative is calling me a 'liar' while she herself has lied throughout the entire my entire moving experiencePlease see my letter as I have copied from my handwritten notes of dates/times and conversations I had with anyone at *** ***
