contacted us, we suspended this policy. The replacement was sent in September, 90 days after the original purchase.
When the customer contacted us again, we had not received the returned flag, so we could not send a replacement. When we asked [redacted] for a tracking number of the returned flag, it was so we could process the exchange. But without a tracking number, we had no proof that the flag was returned to us.

As of today, September 29, the transaction has been refunded. We apologize for the delay; the returned merchandise report did not get transferred from receiving to the office, but we were able to verify returned goods. Refund receipt is attached.
