Product ordered, paid for, not received...over a month.Flags of America attended a Home and Garden Show in Anderson, SC. At that time, I ordered a flag pole set from FOA. I was told that they didn't bring the flag poles with them because they were too large to carry from show to show. I was also told that the flag pole would be delivered to me within 1-2 weeks. I purchased the flag pole on February 7, 2016 and have not received the pole. I have left two messages with FOA and have not received a response.Desired SettlementI want the product I paid for, or a full refund...either within 7 days. Also, FOA should be liable for any additional costs incurred in my purchase of the same/similar product from another vendor.Business Response There is no problem here. Customer has his order and is happy with it. There was a delay shipping the product but now it has been received.
