we ordered two flags and two poles for our company. The flags were fine but the poles were flimsy junk. My boss asked me to contact them for a return authorization and refund. Contacted multiple times and not a single response. Ridiculous that you can't get a single response from them. Terrible, would never buy again.

Review: On May 30, I placed an order with flagsforyou.comI ordered a magnetic "Life is Good" mailbox coverThe Invoice Number: 31505, Customer ID: [redacted], Transaction ID: [redacted]Total price $On June 5, 2014, I still had not received any email from the company letting me know whether my order was in progress or shipped, so I sent an email to asking about my order and if it had been shipped yetOn June 5th I received an email letting me know that my order "was reshipped today so it should be there in a few business days"I waited a few more days and I still did not receive my orderI looked up the customer service telephone number [redacted], called it only to receive an answering machineI left a message, but nobody contacted me backAgain, I waited a few more days, sent another email to on June 11th to let the company know that I still had not received my orderI asked if there was another customer service phone number I could call, since I only got an answering machine beforeI just wanted to speak to a live personThe email I received back said " as previously noted, see the package going out on the 5th, so it should be there any day to: [redacted]Well, it is now the end of the day on June 16, I still do not have the order that I purchasedI have not received any email from following up with meI just want some answers from this seemingly unprofessional company.Desired Settlement: I want to have my order promptly delivered to meI want the product sent through the US Postal Service so it will be assigned a tracking numberI want the tracking number emailed to me so I can track my package that I did indeed pay for
Hello, Here is a link to the screen shot verifying the package was weighted and shipped at 11:15AM on June 5th.No insurance was purchased with the package and it is not a priority package or higher so it does not come with automatic tracking.I would suggest asking the local post office or mailman to see where the package was placed at the destination.[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]
