General contractor Mathew S was given $10,000.00 for deposit to replace roof. Didn't do the work. Kept giving me the run around. Lying and not showing up to repair roof. To date has not returned my deposit. Defrauded me out of 10,000.00. Attorney General and Nation Wide insurance has not been able to reach him. Also filed police report for fraud and theft.
