Review: On Nov 16th I brought my dress in for alteration, a week later when I pick up my dress I noticed that there is a black stain on the back of the dress. I pointed it out to the owner, the owner indicated that it's a minor stain and she will have the dress re-clean. A week later when I pick up the dress I noticed that they used bleach to clean the stain, the dress is off-white and the spot where the stain was is now white. When I pointed that out to the owner, she mentioned that no one will notice the color difference since it's in the back and people will assume the difference in color is due to wear and tear. When I asked to be re-imbursed for the cost of the dress ($100) plus refund for my alteration cost ($35), the owner then pretends not to understand English and after I found someone to translate she mentioned that she is not the owner and she will need to talk to the owner and will call me back. It is now Dec 9th, I still don't have my dress and can't get the owner of Flagship Cleaner to call me. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like to be re-imbursed for the cost of the dress - $100 and the alteration cost - $35.
