This letter is in response to the complaint filed on 10-16-by a customer *** ***We haveaddressed this complaint with the customer and as of 10-26-this customer has not paid FlagshipCollision for any services renderedWe have given the customer the option to allow us to correct
theincomplete repairs at a 10% discount.Our goal at Flagship Collision is to provide our customers with honest and fair serviceAlthough weadmit that the repairs to this customer’s vehicle were not up to our standards and incomplete upon pickup, we did offer to replace the defective part and contacted the customer when said part arrived.In a voicemail from the customer on 10-26-15, the customer states that they would opt to take theirvehicle elsewhere and will also retract the outstanding complaint with the Revdex.comThis voicemail can beforwarded via email to the Revdex.com if neededHowever, customer called later in the day and scheduled tobring the vehicle back in on 10-30-to have the defective bumper replaced and repairs corrected

Review: I was highly disappointed in the service I received or actually lack thereof. I was self-pay due to my insurance deductible being too high. I was not only lied to about the service but I believe tried to scam me. The quote was to replace a rear bumper specifically passenger side. The car was to be in the shop a total of 3 days. I dropped the car off on Monday morning 10/5. The car was to be done by Wednesday 10/7. I called on Wednesday. They told me it was not done and that they would call me when it was ready. I called again on Thrusday,10/8. They again stated it was not ready but may be ready by the end of the day but said again that they would call me when it was done. As I did not hear from them, I called at end of day Thursday. They stated it was not ready and went through a song and dance as to why it was not but said they guaranteed it would be done on Friday 10/9. I again had to call on Friday as no one called me and they said it would be ready at 5pm. When I arrived at 5pm to pick up the car after having been in their shop for 5 days not only was the bumper the SAME bumper but with what I would describe as a very poor attempt to pound out the crinkled bumper and attempt to paint over. They claimed the new bumper was defective and the paint would not stick to it. I question why the paint would only not stick to the part of the bumper that had been crinkled. They stated they were re-ordering a bumper and I would hear from them by Tuesday, 10/20. It is now Friday 10/23 and have yet to hear from them. If this is how they run a business it is not in any way, shape or form respectible. I believe they saw a female and tried to scam me.Desired Settlement: Is this going to be repaired or was this truly a case of trying to scam?
