We had a deck installed in May, by Kenneth Mowles of Room for Improvement, LLC In March of some of the deck began to become dismantled I contacted Kenneth at that time and he said he would come look at the problem and fix it I have contacted him several imes and even sent him pictures of the problem He keeps saying he will "get to it" On August 13, we had an attorney write Kenneth a letter advising him to contact us by August 31, to make arrangements to fix the problem We have heard NOTHING from him We want the deck repaired Not only is the banding around the deck coming undone, the step side bar is also We paid a lot of money for the TREX deck and did NOT expect to have to have it repaired within a year of installation Kenneth MOWLES needs to come and repair his installation
