did not meet expectations. We did send out a number of mailings to the Landmark customers regarding the upcoming merger and also notified customers on Landmark’s website. A frequently asked questions was available in the branch and on the website as well. We do believe your questions were resolved and answered by our staff. We also sent a gift card to apologize for the inconvenience. Our mission is to earn customers’ trust and respect, and deliver products of value with outstanding service…always…every day.
