Customer came in with concern that vehicle had a shutter at highway speedsOur technician drove vehicle with Ford computer hooked to vehicle and couldn't verify any running concerns at that timeFlagship Ford also pulled codes on the vehicle while the vehicle was in the shop and there were no codes stored in the computer of vehicleExplained to customer that the vehicle had history of a random misfire in mode data and hard to base diagnoses off of that without experiencing concern At this time after discussing with management, we feel that we acted professionally and explained the diagnoses with customerWe also did not charge our full diagnostic fee of $due to the fact that further diagnoses would be needed to find a resolution to the concern

the vehicle while the vehicle was in the shop and there were no codes stored in the computer of vehicle. Explained to customer that the vehicle had history of a random misfire in mode 6 data and hard to base diagnoses off of that without experiencing concern.     At this time after discussing with management, we feel that we acted professionally and explained the diagnoses with customer. We also did not charge our full diagnostic fee of $99.95 due to the fact that further diagnoses would be needed to find a resolution to the concern.
