I have faxed the warranty, receipts for payment and addendums ** *** *** with the claim ID attachedI hope this is sufficient.I have also met with my insurance company and they will cover the inside water damage from the water leak caused by Nova Exterior's faulty vinyl/aluminum capping
However, I am not sure if I want to file the claim yet and risk my insurance premium increasing.My insurance agent confirmed that there is standing water on the trim and this is the cause of the leakage inside my house

I spoke with *** *** and she agreed to have a 3rd party inspector to find the leak. If the leak is caused by product or install failure then we will pay for the inspector and the repair. If its concluded its not due to failure she will pay the inspector.She was agreeable to this arrangement.TYPete V***
