The customer that filed a complaint was able to purchase at least one item from our website.  He also cancelled his membership within the last 30 days.  I personally have shipped out at least one or more items to the customer who made the complaint.  A lot of people try to lie and say...

that they were incorrectly charged, so that they can get a free membership to our subscription website.  There should be no issue with this situation, and it is disappointing that I am involved with this.  In fact, I do not own the business.  I would like this complaint to get erased as soon as possible.  Thank you for your time.Take care,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
It is not true.
The check engine light came on when I test drove the vehicle. I told them I would purchase the vehicle if they fixed the check engine light.
They did replace the knock sensors as indicated but that did not resolve the problem.
Thom told me to take the vehicle to his mechanic in order to resolve the problem. I took the vehicle to him no less than 10 times, the check engine line would go away for a few days but would always come back on. I never received a bill from the mechanic and I assume he did not do this work for free, he was speaking directly with Flagship regarding payment because they did commit to me that they would fix the problem.
After several months of being unable to fix the problem I contact Flagship again and told them it still wasn't fixed. Thom gave me the number of another mechanic he works with to correct the problem. We scheduled an appointment to have him look at the truck but he had to reschedule. A few days later I received a message from Thom telling me that the mechanic was in the hospital and that he would contact me when he had time to look at my truck.
After several weeks of not hearing from the mechanic I sent Thom a text message asking him about it. At that time he told me I would have to fix the problem myself and that he had done everything he was going to do.Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom it May Concern: On 02/17/16, [redacted] purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna from our dealership. [redacted] contacted our dealership prior to purchasing this vehicle wanting to test drive it, but could not make in during business hours. Our body shop tech drove the vehicle home to Nampa twice so...

that she could test drive the car after hours and also take it to her mechanic for inspection. In both instances, for a total of 80 miles our tech experienced no issues, nor did [redacted] or apparently her mechanic. [redacted] contacted our dealership on 02/14/16 to let us know she was having a mechanical problem. Thom B[redacted], the owner offered to have our mechanic diagnose the problem, at no charge. We also offered to get any parts needed to fix the vehicle at our dealer cost. We have not heard from [redacted] since this conversation, and have no idea what problem her vehicle has. To Whom it May Concern:On 03/07/16, [redacted] purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado from ourdealership. [redacted] had possession of the vehicle for a few days when a checkengine light came on. The check engine light was for the knock sensors, ingood faith we replaced them for the customer on 03/09 /...

16 at a cost of over$400.00. [redacted] again contacted us 6 months later regarding several other issuesregarding the truck. We advised him that the truck was sold as is, (AS IS guidewas signed) and that he would need to take it to his own mechanic for anyfurther repairs. The problem he is currently experiencing is completely unrelatedto any issue the vehicle had at the time of sale or shortly there after.Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.Sincerely,
