To Revdex.comThis is in response to Mr [redacted] response. As I previously stated, due to Mr. [redacted] credit situation the bank asked for additional down payment. In no way is this a hidden fee it is additional down payment that lowers the amount he is financing with the bank. Due to this request from the bank we also lowered the price that we had originally agreed upon with Mr. Thompson so that the down payment would not be as much as the bank had asked for. As I previously stated we found a spare key and fob after Mr. [redacted] bought this vehicle, I have called multiple times and left messages to the phone number we have to let him know of this. Mr [redacted] has never contacted me directly in regards to this issue. The first time I heard about it was through Revdex.com. If Mr. [redacted] would like I can set up an appointment to meet him at the dealership so we can go over this in person. I understand we cannot satisfy all of our customers all the time but we sure do try. With this in mind I am offering a good will settlement of $300 to Mr. [redacted] that he can pick up at the dealership or we can mail to him along with the spare set of keys. If we are mailing to him I am requesting a current address so we can be sure he gets it.SincerelyCraig E[redacted]President

To Revdex.comThis letter is in response to the complaint you received from [redacted] regarding the vehicle he bought from our dealership.Mr [redacted] did buy a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from us. He did have an initial down payment of $300 on vehicle. As this was the first...

vehicle he was purchasing without a cosigner the bank ended up requiring more down payment to finalize the deal. We contacted Mr T[redacted] in regards to this. We lowered our price and Mr T[redacted] came up with more down payment to make this work. We have the purchase order and contract that Mr T[redacted] signed showing the lower price and the additional down payment required by the bank. Mr T[redacted] should also have a copy of this, if he has lost his copy we can provide this for him. As Mr. T[redacted] has suggested in no way is this a hidden fee, it is additional down payment required by the bank and lowers the amount he is financing with the bank.I have called Mr. T[redacted] multiple times and left messages in regards to this complaint and have not heard back from him. He has paid the down payment in full at this time and I thank him for that. We have found a spare key and key fob for his vehicle and we can mail to him or he can pick up from us. If we are mailing spare key I would want to be sure we have a current address for him.SincerelyCraig E[redacted]President

I recently purchased a used Chevy Silverado from Craig at the Flagstaff Auto Outlet and I was impressed with him and his staff at all points of the sale. From the test-drive to the paperwork, to the few minor things he fixed FOR FREE after I had already bought the truck and had it for a week, I was very satisfied and would most definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a nice, clean and reliable car or truck.

Review: I went to purchase a vehicle from Flagstaff Auto Outlet. I went in a said this is what I want, I am willing to pay this much with zero down payment. They went on to work out the numbers and made it all happen after offering a 300 dollar down payment which I wasn't crazy about, but I was in desperate need for a vehicle. After a couple weeks I get a call from Flagstaff Auto Outlet claiming I still owe over 900 dollars on the down payment and that I needed to pay or else my vehicle would be repossessed. This is the sketchiest business now that my eyes have been opened. I have read review after review and spoken to multiple people in town that have told me that this is their practice. They promise one thing, they show you the numbers and then they implement hidden fees and threaten to take your vehicle back.Desired Settlement: I will be willing to pay half of the down payment. I asked for a $0 down payment, they said yes we can do that. They talked me into $300. Now theyre saying it is $1200. I am willing to pay $300 more to make my down payment $600 total. They can handle the extra $600 for trying to scam a young college student.

Terrible experience. Craig will lie to your face about numbers, make sure you do the math, most people don't. Don't fall for his salesman tactics, he is not to be trusted. First I had bought a SUV and the engine died one month after I paid it off, they did not help me out at all with another vehicle, in fact he lied to my face about the percentages etc. I'm pretty sure the car died because they said they gave it an oil change and never did. Use your own mechanic. Because I was dumb I went back hoping they would help me out with another one, he said he got the 4x4 fixed, he just got the 4x4 light to come on but it didn't actually work. Then it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix things right- I had to have the 4x4 fixed 3 times and he wouldn't cover the costs for both sides....Meanwhile- My boss had a f350 diesel from them die 30 days after he bought it, Craig will tell you it's under warranty but read the fine print, it cost my boss over 4000 dollars to get it repaired, and it took them a month to get it done, and ruined our business for the summer. I know the cars there aren't always the best but he is a liar period. I just want others to know and not to end up like me or my boss.

Empower yourself, question everything, demand proof, read the fine print, and do the math. He took about $18000 from me and all in have is a truck worth $1500 now. Nightmare, and he acts like he did me a favor somehow.

Flagstaff Auto Outlet posted a 1971 Ford F100, 4x4 on Cars.com. I got in touch with a Jorge, and a Jesus. Over the course of a couple of weeks, a price was negotiated, and I drove out from California to purchase the Vehicle. PRIOR to departing California, I asked on numerous occasions is this Vehicle was no dented, and did not have rusted out floor boards. I was continually reassured that it did not. It also did not have matching VIN numbers as well. The doors had been replaced and Had a Door plate from another Vehicle. THEY were not even aware of this until I let them know. When I arrived, I inspected the Vehicle. Both kick panels, including the floor boards had Hardball size holes in them. Sheet metal panels had been pop riveted in both floor boards. The bed had a metal plate welded over a huge hole. The main bed support had been rusted completely through. The front radiator support had been replaced along with the radiator.
In conclusion, this Vehicle was completely misrepresented. I drove 774 miles in two days to make this purchase and was even told that my deposit was non refundable. After some negotiating, I was given a refund. But not without a verbal discussion.
I would not trust or recommend these sales persons with a Vehicle purchase.
