To Revdex.comThis letter is in response to the complaint you received from [redacted] [redacted] regarding the vehicle he bought from our dealership.Mr [redacted] did buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee from usHe did have an initial down payment of $on vehicleAs this was the first vehicle he was purchasing without a cosigner the bank ended up requiring more down payment to finalize the dealWe contacted Mr T [redacted] in regards to thisWe lowered our price and Mr T [redacted] came up with more down payment to make this workWe have the purchase order and contract that Mr T [redacted] signed showing the lower price and the additional down payment required by the bankMr T [redacted] should also have a copy of this, if he has lost his copy we can provide this for himAs MrT [redacted] has suggested in no way is this a hidden fee, it is additional down payment required by the bank and lowers the amount he is financing with the bank.I have called MrT [redacted] multiple times and left messages in regards to this complaint and have not heard back from himHe has paid the down payment in full at this time and I thank him for thatWe have found a spare key and key fob for his vehicle and we can mail to him or he can pick up from usIf we are mailing spare key I would want to be sure we have a current address for him.SincerelyCraig E***President
To Revdex.comThis is in response to Mr [redacted] response.As I previously stated, due to Mr [redacted] credit situation the bank asked for additional down paymentIn no way is this a hidden fee it is additional down payment that lowers the amount he is financing with the bankDue to this request from the bank we also lowered the price that we had originally agreed upon with MrThompson so that the down payment would not be as much as the bank had asked forAs I previously stated we found a spare key and fob after Mr [redacted] bought this vehicle, I have called multiple times and left messages to the phone number we have to let him know of thisMr [redacted] has never contacted me directly in regards to this issueThe first time I heard about it was through Revdex.comIf Mr [redacted] would like I can set up an appointment to meet him at the dealership so we can go over this in personI understand we cannot satisfy all of our customers all the time but we sure do tryWith this in mind I am offering a good will settlement of $to Mr [redacted] that he can pick up at the dealership or we can mail to him along with the spare set of keysIf we are mailing to him I am requesting a current address so we can be sure he gets it.SincerelyCraig E***President
