After some discussion, we found a way to have the technician out the same dayThe technician stated that there was a "leak in the line" and that he would fix it and recharge the lineAC worked fine for about a week and then I came home to find a hot house and no AC I contacted Efficiency 1st again and spoke with the ownerHe suggested that he could get a technician out to take a look in daysWe decided that a same day appointment would be more appropriate Overall very disappoin
One measure is how long have they been in the industry...long enough! 1ST AC just installed my Central ACThe technician NIck Hwas a seasoned technician and I observes his methods and attention to detail! "FACT" great installations equals fewer problems! Just like the name says Effciency 1st, Condensor and Evap coil TXV valve achieved a solid EER and A SEER Now thats energy star territory! SEER "will" perform well on those hotter than days! All for a priced "exactly within industry norms"! Industry leading "warranty" on Amana scroll "Ultra tech compressor"So do not be fooled look at the whole picture and spend just a few hundred more and save on energy cost..I recommend highly..POSITIVE!
I had Efficiency 1st install a brand new Trane 80% furnace in October They completed the job in one day and did a really good jobThey cleaned up the job site and filed the required permits with the cityThe furnace has been working great for the last two monthsI would and have recommended them to other friends
