Hello, I and my family had racked up several hundred dollars in store credit, and was understanding of the 50% cash and 50% credit policyHowever, My son fell in love with a bike that I was more than happy to do the 50% cash/credit policyUpon checkout, we were told that this bike was consigned and we were only able to use 15% of our credit toward the purchaseThis angered me greatlyWhat's the point of having credit if you can barely use it? I was not told this policy when I traded in creditBut the bike was also never labeled as consignedThis means that the owner can upon discretion say things are or are not consigned depending on whether she wants more cash or creditI feel like I was treated unethically, but I have no idea how I am going to use my well earned credit
