I open a CD by wiring the money to this bank,
I lost 2 times 3 months each my interest because they do not roll the CD if you do not physically on a certain day and time to do it.
And they purposely do not inform me by email or any other way about the marital date, also it’s impossible to see the dates of maturity on line and that is done on purpose so they take advantage.
The worst will come later when you close the account, they do not wire the money to a different bank but they send you a check by mail

We had hail damage on our property in Rowlett, TX. Flagstar has held the funds from our insurance company for a month and a half, leaving us out of pocket over $14,000.00. We paid these funds for fear of a Lien being placed on our property. Work has been completed and still no resolve on our check. Their handling of mitigation laws is below standard. So unless you have a savings account to pay for losses on your property I would refinance with another mortgage company before this happens to you as that is what we are doing now!
