Review: My payment is due on the first but they give you a 15 day grace period. They will have an automated call to tell you your payment is due everyday from the 1st until they receive their payment. The automated call is between 8:30- 9:00pm waking up my baby and then it just says you need to call this other number that isn't open after 5pm or weekends. This is very annoying and I want my name off of this list. She told me there is no way to take my name off I would have to give them a cell number or pay on their site. That is not convenient for me. If my payment is after the 15th then yes call me but not everyday up until payment is received.Desired Settlement: Take me off the list of calls unless after the 15th.
