Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Thank you so very much for getting this situation resolved for me It's really unfortunate that I had to get the Revdex.com involved in a situation where a company wasn't not doing what they said they were going to do and refused to return my calls and the money that was owned to me Thank you for all that you do, the Revdex.com was my only hope in finally getting what was owed to me Along with the check they submitted, it really wouldn't have hurt for them to apologize for their negligence as wellI'd like to know what they would have done if I would have paid the rent, months late Thanks again Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[The company states I never provided them with my new addressThe collection agency states they receive my address information from Flaterhy and CollinsIf the company didn't know my current address how did the collection agency receive the information to send me the letterAlso I did a change of address with the post office which went into effect on I never received a forwarding letterI would like to know the date the letter that was mailed out from Spyglass regarding my final balanceLastly I was in Spyglass office on Friday July 31th to sign the form for payment arrangementsI did a walk through of my apartment with the maintenance manWe walk back to the office together I gave Myra the $money order and asked if I can sign the form todayI explained to Myra, the property manager, face to face I have moved to another side of town and unable to come back to the apartmentsMyra stated she didn't have the form available so I told I will call on Monday tsee if it can be faxed So that's why I called her Monday August 3rdI was told Myra wasn't available by CataliaIt provided Catalia, the office assistant, with my address and phone numberThis company is not truthful, and trying to cover their back by providing informationIt's really sad especially when I tried to do the right thingThe company set me up for failureI need a copy of the final letter the company claims Spyglass sent to my last know addressAlso I need proof of everything I was charged for and proof $was credited to my final balance.] Regards, [redacted]

August of I walked into [redacted] Apartments, located in [redacted] ***, IndianaAt this time I was in the process of looking for a new place to stayI was greeted and told about the apartment complexI was told that there would be a apartment available for me within weeks time, I was also given monthly total amount and even told my application would be processed within hoursThose hours of waiting for a application approval turned into waiting almost two months for just a approval! During this time I was told over people were also waiting to be approved!! Which I believe to be unacceptedWhy such a long wait time with no explanation as to why! But the dollars to complete the application was taken out of my account right away!! Once application was finally approved I was then told it would be about a month before another apartment would be availableThis did not happen it took almost months and each time I would call to see about the wait process no one in this office had any clue!!! On Nov was the last time I called this apartment complex about the waiting listI was told Probably in JanBut they were not sure!!! A week later I finally received a call from [redacted] Apartments and was told a apartment would be available the following weekAt this time I was also told that my rent payment would be $more dollars than what I was told in the previous monthsWhen asked why would it be so much more, income has not changed within the five months of waitingThey had not clueNo one could even explain to me how or why!! I was told it was just the guidelinesI even asked if they had the correct person income the response I received was : I think so"!!!! I even went into the office and was greeted by a rude unprofessional employee named TammyShe was of no help and she could not and would not take the time to explain anythingHer response to the situation was these are the guidelinesI wasted time and money on a application fee to only be lied to , given unsure answers and deal with unprofessional employeesAfter this visit into the office on Dec I had not heard a word from this apartment complex until Jan 4th when I was asked to come in a re-complete my application!!! I will never wasted my time again with this apartment complex!!! And the employees whom work for this company really need to have better answers and solutions to problems other than " I do not know" ," I am unsure" or " I think so"!!! Very unprofessional

While we understand the inconvenience of having an account placed in collections, Ms*** is accurately describing our collections process. Ms*** was in contact with our office regarding her need to break her lease
agreement but did not want to be placed in collections and our Property Manager offered for her to sign an agreement. Ms*** tendered a payment of $on her move-out day (7/31) while the Property Manager was unavailable but never returned to sign the aforementioned agreement or make additional payments. In fact, by her own admission, she received a letter on 9/from our collection agency which was nearly days after her move out and no additional payments had been tendered. Ms*** also describes a phone call that was made to the Leasing Agent leaving a message for Mayra but the office has no records of those calls or messages at the property Further, according to our records, a final account statement detailing Ms***’s obligations after move out was sent to her last known address at the apartment community as a result of not providing a forwarding address to our staff To that end, now that the account has been placed in collections, Ms*** will need to work directly with the collection agency in order to satisfy the debt on her account Sincerely, Vito Z*** Regional Property Manager

This is the first I have heard of this issue, I will get with my staff and see where this stands. Sorry for the issue.

August of 2016 I walked into [redacted] Apartments, located in [redacted], Indiana. At this time I was in the process of looking for a new place to stay. I was greeted and told about the apartment complex. I was told that there would be a apartment available for me within 3 weeks time, I was also given monthly total amount and even told my application would be processed within 72 hours. Those 72 hours of waiting for a application approval turned into waiting almost two months for just a approval! During this time I was told over 15 people were also waiting to be approved!! Which I believe to be unaccepted. Why such a long wait time with no explanation as to why! But the 50 dollars to complete the application was taken out of my account right away!! Once application was finally approved I was then told it would be about a month before another apartment would be available. This did not happen it took almost 4 months and each time I would call to see about the wait process no one in this office had any clue!!! On Nov 28 was the last time I called this apartment complex about the waiting list. I was told Probably in Jan. But they were not sure!!! A week later I finally received a call from [redacted] Apartments and was told a apartment would be available the following week. At this time I was also told that my rent payment would be $137 more dollars than what I was told in the previous months. Thank you so very much for getting this situation resolved for me.  It's really unfortunate that I had to get the Revdex.com involved in a situation where a company wasn't not doing what they said they were going to do and refused to return my calls and the money that was owned to me.  Thank you for all that you do, the Revdex.com was my only hope in finally getting what was owed to me.   Along with the check they submitted, it really wouldn't have hurt for them to apologize for their negligence as well. I'd like to know what they would have done if I would have paid the rent, 6 months late.
