Worst experience I've ever had in customer service!!! Our home refrigerator is under warranty and it took them a week to look at it, a week to get the part, and then the service tech showed up without an appointment to fix and when we advised nobody was there because we knew nothing about it, he informed us he couldn't come back until another week! weeks without a refrigerator that is under warranty and I am months pregnant with small children at home and I workTalk about inconvenience! I work in customer service and this is unacceptable! Will be reporting them to the Revdex.com and our home warranty companyThe tech is "too busy" to squeeze us in but couldn't notify us he was coming in the first place! Biggest joke of a company ever!! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
