These guys constantly called, sent over sales reps, and basically harassed me for months, I had to ask 3+ times to remove me from their contacts, and to stop callingI deal with hundreds of vendors & have never had an issue like thisJust like the previous review, I talked to a different person every time Phone rep was rude and immature, stating we will send all business to my competitors

The customer contacted his Credit Card company and did a charge back so account should be credited back for this I also marked his account do not callThank you Kathy

Same problem hereThey keep calling my store alsoI ask to be placed on there do not call list every time they callThe last time I was told they don't have one

I cannot get this company to stop calling us with sales callsAt least once a day they contact our small business trying to sell this or thatI have told four different representatives to stop calling us (we are on the National Do Not Call List)Yet we continue to receive callsWhen I try to contact them, I get nothing but voicemail and an inoperable phone system

Good Morning First of all I want to apologize for the way you have been treated this is not our procedure I don’t know how this got so totally out of hand I have notified UPS to come pick up your package They normally will come pick it up the next day The tracking number is [redacted] if you want to track it We are only scheduling to pick up the big box with all the 4oz bottles The smaller box you can keep at no charge I also have refunded the total amount to your credit card That will take a couple of days for it to show up on your card so I have attached the confirmation.Again I apologize for the way this was handled.Thank you***WellgenixOperations Manager602-707-ex

We sent out a *** call tag to pick up the product He emailed me today and said they came today but he told them to come back tomorrow I sent a check last Wednesday he says he hasn't received it If he doesn't get it today I will stop payment and send another check over night with delivery confirmation requested.Thank you***

Same problem here. They keep calling my store also. I ask to be placed on there do not call list every time they call. The last time I was told they don't have one.

Wellgenix continues to call my place of business on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times per day. I have REPEATEDLY asked them to stop calling. I have a list all ready to report for harassment.
