We, Flamboyant Hair, are sorry that you are having difficulty with the productThe customer, [redacted] called us and advised us that the hair would not straightenShe was then advised to come in so that we could see and show her that it could indeed be straightenThe customer came in and we spent to minutes with her and two stylist showing her at that moment that the same hair she purchased did straightenThe customer then complained that the hair would straighten however it would not stay straight after minutesWe explained to her that because the hair is a curly texture that she could use a product to help keep the hair straightWe also explained that due to the hair being curly as well as with the humidity due to the weather that the use of hair product would help keep the hair straight for a longer period of timeWhile explaining this to the customer the hair did not curl back up in the time period that she was with u sShe explained that she didn't want to use hair products on her hairCustomer showed a picture of another customer, who is a stylist, with the hair curly and then straightI explained to her that not only is that person a stylist but also used hair product on the hairWe suggested that we could straighten it for her or we could put her in contact with the customer/stylist that she showed us in the picture so that she could straighten itThe customer complained about the hair looking "shabby" while installed in her hairWhen she came in she had took the install out so we were not able to see the "shabbiness" of the hairShe stated that she took it right outI asked her why didn't she come in with the hair installed in her headShe stated she didn't want to go to work like thatI offered her an extra bundle of hair to compensate for the "shabbiness" she complained about and she declinedEven though we have an all sales a re final sign posted up we still tried to reasonably accommodate her by offering a free bundle because of the "shabby" complaint and to straighten it because she complained of it not being able to straightenWe never told the customer too bad and we are very sorry that she feels this wayThe free extra bundle is still on the table to offer her

Review: I purchased hair from flamboyant hair and the product was not the same as advertised. The hair was advertised as curly hair that could be straightened but the product will not stay straight. When I contacted the supplier I was told to stop by the shop and that it would be corrected. After stopping by I was informed that there was not going to be an exchange nor a return of my money. I am beyond outraged as I spent over $250 on a defective product only to be told too bad.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund
