Flaming grill and buffet

Review: I entered the flaming grill and buffet on Sat Oct 12,2013 around 310 pm.I gave my credit card to the cashier who swipe it. The cashier handed me two receipts. I was signing one receipt when she placed my credit card on the counter which surveillance shows later on. I handed the cashier the receipt back without realizing that the cashier had put my credit card on the counter. The waiter seated me and I stayed for about an hour in a half. An employee took my card and went to the [redacted] which is in the same shopping center and swipe my card three times which surveillance shows.Desired Settlement: $ 21.19

I am rejecting this response because: I went to the [redacted] in the same shopping center as the Flaming Grill where my card was used and saw on video tape in the lost prevention office where the employee of the Flaming Grill was using my card. I talked with lost prevention manager [redacted] with [redacted]. phone # ###-###-#### where we both identified the employee from the Flaming grill using my credit card. The cashier did not hand me my credit card back in my hand, instead she laid it on the counter.
