Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The owner of Baja pool plastering did not conduct a proper start-up immediately following the new plaster being installed which has led to the surface of the pool/spa to be covered in plaster dust. The photos he claims he has would not show the poor start up service he conducted which is mandatory upon completion of the new plaster. Additionally, the white residue on the surface of the plaster was noticed immediately following the new plaster being installed. When I mentioned it to at which time I was provided with a piece of wet sandpaper by the owner himself to sand out any surface imperfections. Therefore, his claims that the surface imperfections were due to water chemicals are false. I have had a Pool expert come out and determine that the surface imperfections were in fact from a poor start-up service and I have a leak detection expert scheduled to arrive Thursday August 6th, 2015 to determine where the leak is coming from. Regarding Mr. [redacted] Complaint.  I was hired to: BB   ! .- Replaster the swimming pool.   2.- Paint the edge of the pool coping.   3.- Apply calking Deck O Seal.       I admit that one of my guys that was helping me left some brush...

bristles on the coping painted surface and left some blemishes on the coping area but I told and showed the home owner how this can be fixed just by dedicating sometime on it. The home owner always keept locked the acsess to the pool and his wife slept during the day  because she worked nights and the owner was not there when I was there.    Several times we went to work and the door was locked and could not be woken up and no phones answered so I told them that I need accses to the pool to take care of their complaint but I was told that they need to talk to me because they had some issues. I did speak to them and agree to take care of the problem a week after becasue that was the only day they had available to open the pool gate for access and I agree but that particular day the bad weather dindt let us work so it was postpone to another week later and each time they picked the day when they could be available to unlook the gate for us to work in the pool.   A week later when I went back with my helper they told me that they dont want me to do anything  on  their pool anymore. I was hoping that if I made the correction for the pool coping pain and  install the Deck O seal like we agree before then I would get paid for the painted coping and if I do the Deck O seal I would get paid for that as well but did not let finish what we agree before instead Mr [redacted] said to me that morning that he was going to do the  Deck O Seal calking himself and just call it even so I figured that he was not too enthusiastic about paying me for the painted coping if I made the corrections that morning that we agree to get it done.   The only issue with them was the correction of the painted coping but did not let me make the corrections that day  like we agree.The deck o seal was not done because they decided they would do it them selves or get someone else. and the pool plaster disatisfaction I showed them that what appeared to be discoloration was not discoloration but bad pool chemistry done by whoever takes care of the pool. I used some wet and dry sand paper to make a point that the original color of the plaster was there and I took some pictures for the record just to make my point but the home owner did not understand the concept I made about his complaint of the pool plaster.   Thank you for giving me an opportunity to respond to this complaint through the Revdex.com.             If you have any future questions just ask or call.                                                                                          [redacted]   619 254 [redacted]

I is true that I replastered the pool and the spa in a nice beautiful light blue plaster color and I have plenty of pictures of the final product. Once I finish the job and I turn the pool over to the home owner his problems begin there because he needs to select a profesional swimming pool person...

because if he does not have a profesional pool service men his new pool surface can be stained or parhaps damaged. No pool replastering company in the USA cover stains,or missuse or abuse of pool chemicals. As far as the the leak Mr. [redacted] is claiming I recomend that he hires a profesional pool leak derection to determine where his pool is leaking from.it can not be leaking from the plaster because the plaster is new. The leak detection company will provide a report of where the leak is so that he will know,but I can not do a repair only because he says that is my fault. I have no problem in making good on my guarantees related to the work I performed but I will not cover a guarantee for someone else"s mistakes such as their pool service man /woman.Recomendations.   1.- Hire a profesional Pool leak Detection to determine where the leak I.   2.- Hire a professional pool service man to keep all pool chemical balance otherwise the plaster will continue to stain or collect more deposits on the new plaster.    If you like I can recomend experts that will really help to resolve your pool problems but you need to call me.                                                                                                                                                                                                                [redacted]    [redacted]PS : I did not respond before to this complaint because I wa sick.

I met with Mr. [redacted] to go over the complaint and helped him Wednesday 12th of 2015 to go over the complaint because a pool leak detection company detected the leak and wrote a report that was somewhat very unclear. The pool owner and I tried to take care of the leak ourselves because the report from the leak detection company was unclear and hard to decifer.  The owner and I did what we could with what we had to try to repair the leak that  was not on the new pool plaster that I installed so the report even though it was not clear at least It cleared me from any wrong doing from the work I did for Mr. [redacted]. The same day I also  I took a pool water sample from Mr. [redacted]s pool to have the water examined with a specialist in Mesa Arizona and I will give Mr, [redacted] the findings after the water chemistry is analyzed. I am analyzing the pool water because the new pool plaster is showing signs of chemistry abused being manifested by a apparent discoloration lighter discoloration.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     [redacted]
