I feel it is an unfair practice to keep money for a room that was rented for days and cancelled after Reasonably, and understandably a fee should be charged but to pay $upfront for the accommodations and only about $of the stay was completed yet they keep $as an "inconvenience" is absurdQuite honestly, in my opinion, it is theft by deceptionSomething needs to be done to change thisIt's simply unethical!
