Review: I had purchased a set of couches for my living room and a table for my dining room. The day I received the beds and table they both arrived damaged, I contacted the seller and I tried to resolve the issue. They told me the refunds aren't an option. However every company I believe has a refund policy of at least two weeks so for this reason I am leaning on Revdex.com, I thank you so much and have a great day.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded.

For the couches at least since the flamingo furniture company, told me they are waiting for an answer by the manufacturer of the table but, I would love to get the refund for my couches.

We are very sad to hear about your unlucky experience thus far and we will make every effort to remedy the problems that you are having. We will gladly replace any furniture that you received that came in damaged! The table replacement has been ordered and will arrive in approximately 7-12 business days according to the manufacturers direct inventory count. Two options have been offered to the customer thus far regarding the living room set. We will either pick up and replace the damaged piece entirely (which is the sofa in this instance) or offer a full store credit, for the agreed value of the living room, to be used towards another living room of choice that we have on display in our showroom. Although the living room was a special order and our special order policy does not allow a returns/exchanges, we are willing to make a 1 time exception in order to maintain a positive relationship between Flamingo Furniture and the [redacted] family as we truly value them and their business!

Placed a sofa order on August **, 2015 and was to be charged upon delivery. I called the very next morning to cancel the order, because the sofas would not fit in my living room. The manager (Jonathan F[redacted]) who I spoke with informed me that I was unable to cancel the order and charged my credit card earlier that I was told. Upon further discussion, Jonathan threatened me and said that he had my credit card and could charge more than he was suppose to. The store staff was very unprofessional, which is why I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless they want to run the risk of giving their credit card information to a store that threatens to charge more than they should and does not care about their customers.

I purchased a bedroom set as a gift that was told to me I would have by Christmas.. I did not receive the bedroom set until after Christmas. The delivery was the worst that I have ever experienced. The warehouse gave me a delivery day and time. So I took off work to receive the delivery at which point the warehouse informed me that there one and only delivery truck was in an accident. I find it hard to believe that there is only one delivery truck for a furniture warehouse but anyway I was given another day and time that I had to miss another day at work and the shipment didn't come until 4 hours after the scheduled time. Then once the guys started to install the furniture I was informed that they do not have the correct screws to complete installation and that I can go to [redacted] or I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to receive the screws that I have to use myself to put the remaining furniture together. I never heard of any service like this ever in my life.. I was very very disappointed!
