We had our pool deck redone by Flamingo Pools. We also had them extend the deck by pouring an add on concrete slab.
Truthfully I knew using this company was going to be a huge mistake from day one- when the three guys who do the work showed up. Two were the "workers" and the third, [redacted] was like the head foreman. The owner "[redacted]" never took the time to come out and supervise any of these men. There is nothing good about the job they did. The slab they poured has now cracked- the textured surface does not match- as they did some in the pouring rain- and some one day- fixed some and more the next. It was a disaster! I attempted to talk [redacted] and he turned around and walked away. Frankly he has issues and I didn't even trust him being on my property. They painted over the textured surface many different days. We now have uneven colored paint as well. It looks HORRIBLE. I highly advise anyone thinking about using this company to look elsewhere. This job was done over a year ago- I regret waiting to write this review. I will allow anyone to come see the work that was done to get a firsthand look at a previous pool deck job. My husband has contacted them and no one came out to see the large crack or the uneven paint colors and other horribly done issues we have since found. At this point I doubt he wants them to even walk on our property. They lack the skills to do a professional job and it shows.
